The Patient Services Representative (PSR) ensures all our guests and their families are warmly welcomed to the Villas. The PSR serves as the liaison between the guests and the centralized business services department. Primary responsibilities include providing professional and courteous services when meeting with our guests and their families upon admission and discharge to discuss insurance coverages and financial arrangements.

Successful Patient Services Representative (PSR) Applicants MUST:
Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
Have an associate degree or a combination of education and experience in a healthcare related field.
Have good organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Working knowledge of various insurance coverages is preferred.
(Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)


Hours:
Full-time, day shift.
