Our Financial Services Admin Assistants ensures that all of our guests and their families are warmly welcomed to the Villas. Financial Services Admin Assistants serve as the liaison between the guests and the centralized business services department. Primary responsibilities include providing professional and courteous services when meeting with our guests and their families upon admission and discharge to discuss insurance coverages and financial arrangements.

Successful Financial Services Admin Assistants Applicants MUST:
Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
Have an associate degree or a combination of education and experience in a healthcare related field.
Have good organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Working knowledge of various insurance coverages is preferred, but not required.
(Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)


Hours:
Full-time day shift.
